“QuanYuTong” Brings Steady Growth to Sichuan’s Foreign Trade
[Bai Peijiang]: I have an enterprise in Chongqing. If my goods arrive at Shuangliu Airport, can I now choose Chongqing as my place of declaration and have them released in Chengdu? Is there now no need to apply for customs transfer?
[Ni Zao]: Enterprises with the Customs management rating AA, A and manufacturing-based enterprises with the rating of B can already utilize the cross customs district regional clearance model and declare in Chongqing and have goods inspected and released at Chengdu Airport; there is no need to apply for a customs transfer. If Chengdu and Chongqing cooperate on the cross customs district "Integration of Free Trade Zones and Ports", then more enterprises will be able to utilize this model to simplify their customs transference. 06/25/2014 10:53:18

[Ni Zao]: Thank you for watching. Basically, enterprises will be able to use the system to check on the logistics and declaration status of their goods. For imported goods, you can check using the BoL number, for exports the declaration form number. 06/25/2014 10:55:28
[Ni Zao]: With the BoL or declaration(commodity inspection) form number, you can check on the real time status of goods shipping, arrival at port, tallying, customs and commodity inspection declaration, inspection and release status, pick up, and departure. There will also be the business telephone number for the body responsible for the current stage, improving the transparency of operations. This will change the current situation of enterprises unable to check on the status of their imported or exported goods, as well as the single means of enquiry, hard to use interface, and inability for enterprises to check on the status remotely themselves. 06/25/2014 10:56:25

[Ni Zao]: Hello. This model is used for the integration of customs clearance within a single customs district. Enterprises with the rating of B or above can all use this model. At present, we can't check manifest information in the zone's Zone A customs declaration hall. It still needs to be manually transmitted between the airport and Zone A.
