Officers of Ningbo Customs District seized a batch of pressure cookers infringing upon the trademark rights of “CLIPSO”, valued at RMB 570 thousand. This is the first consignment of infringing upon the trademark rights of “CLIPSO”.

Officers found out that these counterfeit pressure cookers were lack of pressure digital display screen and different trademark position compared with certified “CLIPSO” ones. By virtue of the two differences, the products were all confirmed by right holder as infringing ones. They had been detained by the Customs administration according to law.
