On April 26, Minister Ni Yuefeng and Mr. Nguyen Xuan Cuong, Vietnamese Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, signed the Protocol on Phytosanitary Requirements for the Export of Fresh Mangosteen from Viet Nam to China between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam and the Memorandum of Understanding on the Establishment of Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of Plant Pests and Diseases in Border Areas of the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.
