On March 25, 2022, Mr. Wang Lingjun, Vice Minister of the General Administration of Customs of China, met Mr. Ricardo Trevino, Deputy Secretary General of the World Customs Organization (WCO), via virtual platform. The two sides exchanged views on a number of issues including the implementation of WCO's new Strategic Plan, compilation of Member Customs' best practices on technological application and innovative solutions, accreditation of more experts in the field of Customs smart development and cooperation in research.
