On March 18, Hangzhou Customs fast cleared a batch of outbound anti-epidemic supplies to aid Italy at Xiaoshan Airport. This batch of supplies, along with a medical expert team for Italy, included 60,080 test kits for the novel coronavirus, 403,100 face masks, 5,750 protective suits, 92 sets of medical equipment, 164,00 packets of Chinese medicinal preparations, 830 cases of other medicine, 68,600 medicinal plasters and other 12,225 protective items such as isolation gowns, safety goggles, caps, gloves, and thermoprobes. 

In order to ensure the timely aid for Italy, Xiaoshan Airport Customs House opened a special green lane with 7x24hr services and, in collaboration with Shanghai Pudong Airport Customs, fast cleared the outbound supplies in an integrated declaration mode. Regarding the novel coronavirus test kits in urgent need, the Customs simplified the exit quarantine approval formalities by giving the approval upon request online, so as to release them without delay.
