On October 15, China Customs attended the 18th Webinar of Heads of WCO Asia/Pacific Regional Training Center (RTC). Participants exchanged views on the operation of A/P RTCs and regional capacity building efforts. China Customs shared the practice and experience of Shanghai Customs College and Xiamen Customs Training Center, both WCO A/P RTCs, about customs online training approach during COVID-19 pandemic.
