What Restrictions Are Made on the Articles for Personal Use Imported by Non-resident Long-term Passengers and Can Their Motor Vehicles for Personal Use be Imported?

The inbound and outbound articles for personal use by non-resident long-term passengers shall be restricted within a reasonable amount for personal use. Among such passengers, the resident personnel may import motor vehicles at one vehicle per person, while other non-resident long-term passengers shall be prohibited from importing motor vehicles.
