The Customs officers responsible for tax/fee levy shall print and issue special pay-in warrants for taxes and fees after they confirm that there is no error in the Declaration Forms, attached documents and the goods inspection results.
The consignee/consignor of the imported/exported goods should pay taxes and fees at a bank by presenting the special pay-in warrants issued by the Customs and then deliver the payment receipt issued by the bank to the Customs.
