On September 7, Ningbo Customs seized 505 imitation guns in a batch of export goods declared as “plastic toys” at the Beilun port. 

These imitation guns, involving 7 models, were all individually wrapped and accompanied by magazines and bullets. At present, they are detained under further investigation.

Customs reminder: According to China law, imitation guns are prohibited from import and export; their entry or exit by carry and by post is subject to administrative penalty and, in serious cases, will be prosecuted for criminal liability, with the seized guns to be destroyed.
