Representatives from the Department of International Cooperation and the Department of Animal and Plant Quarantine attended the 3rd Senior Officials’ Video Meeting under the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) Economic Cooperation Program (ECP) on September 11, 2020. The Meeting discussed on the drafts of Version 4 of the GMS-ECP Strategic Framework 2030 and the Joint Ministerial Statement of the 24th GMS-ECP Ministerial Meeting, and exchanged ideas on topics including the preparation work for the Ministerial Meeting.
