In Huangpu Customs District, 120,000 electrical capacitors seized by Dongguan Customs House were confirmed to be infringing on the IPR of “muRata” on September 29.

In earlier inspection of an export consignment, Dongguan Customs House found the declared “electrical resistors” accompanied by these capacitors that were printed with “muRata” and graphical marks. By consulting China Customs IPR Registration System and relevant IPR owner, these capacitors were identified as counterfeit and thus detained under investigation.
