From August 31 to September 7, 2020, Mr. Sun Xiangyang, Deputy Director General of Ningbo Customs District, participated in the WCO’s first Online Accreditation Workshop for Technical and Operational Adviser (TOAs) on E-Commerce as China Customs’ e-commerce expert, and successfully passed the initial evaluation. The participants passing the evaluation will need to complete an in-field mission at an appropriate time to finalize the accreditation process. Fully accredited experts will be expected to conduct future WCO capacity building activities.
