On September 23, representatives from the Department of International Cooperation and the Bureau of Import and Export Food Safety of GACC participated in the 30th China-New Zealand Joint Committee of Trade and Economy. This Meeting was co-hosted, via video link, by Mr. Wang Shouwen, Vice Minister of Chinese Ministry of Commerce and Mr. Mark Sinclair, Acting Deputy Secretary of New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Both sides exchanged ideas on topics such as deepening cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative framework, maintaining a smooth supply chain, and expanding the imports and exports of food and agricultural products between the two countries.
