On November 4, representative from the Department of International Cooperation of China Customs attended the 24th Ministerial Conference (MC-24) of the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) Economic Cooperation Program via video link. At this conference, drafts of the GMS Economic Cooperation Program Strategic Framework 2030 and the GMS COVID-19 Response and Recovery Plan 2021-2023 were reviewed. Several documents including the GMS Regional Investment Framework (RIF) 2022 (Updated) were approved, and the MC-24 Joint Ministerial Statement was released.
