On September 10, China Customs attended the World Customs Organization (WCO) Asia-Pacific Webinar on Transnational Organized Crime. The experts from United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) gave keynote speeches on the Container Control Plan (PPC). More than 20 Member Administrations representatives attended the webinar in discussion on escalating threat from transnational organized crime and how to collaborate.
