On October 27, China Customs remotely attended the 2nd plenary meeting of APEC Sub-Committee on Customs Procedure (SCCP2) in 2020. China Customs expressed constructive opinions on IPR border protection and SCCP governance. Meanwhile, Chinese delegation also introduced the experiences of China Customs on containing COVID-19 and updated China’s AEO program.
