On October 27, representatives from the Department of International Cooperation of GACC attended the 4th Senior Officials’ Meeting under the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) Economic Cooperation Program (ECP) via video link. The meeting mainly discussed on the drafts of the GMS Economic Cooperation Program Strategic Framework 2030 and the GMS COVID-19 Response and Recovery Plan, and also exchanged views on the preparation work for the 24th Ministerial Conference.
